Marmaray Project

Marmaray project involves building of totally 44 km conventional railway construction as Halkali – Kazlicesme 19 km and Pendik-Ayrilikcesme 24 km and electromechanical systems in both coasts of Istanbul. Ankara-İstanbul high speed train services ending in Pendik are extended until European Coast Halkalı station as the project is completed. Gebze-Halkali access time is reduced to 115 min.
